Business Development Manager - EXCELLENT 6 FIGURE PACKAGE + FANTASTIC CULTURE Posted: 28/02/2025 Our client is a leading provider of smart, integrated construction systems across Formwork, Industrial Services and Commercial Scaffolding in Australia. They currently have a position available for a Business Development Manager to join the Perth team. I am ideally looking for a sales professional who has established themselves within the construction industry within the WA market. Preferably, the company is looking for someone with several years of Industry experience and established relationships with Builders, Consultants, Architects, and Sub-Contractors. The existing staff group within the business consists of technical experts who will support the successful candidate in acquiring the knowledge they need to professionally represent the company. The focus of this role will be in creating hire opportunities for the organisation's engineered solutions, especially in Formwork, Commercial Screens and Scaffold. You will need to be comfortable engaging with all key stakeholders both internally and on client-side, to deliver the best outcomes for each project throughout the project lifecycle. You will have responsibilities that span from the first contact with clients, through the sales/tender process, to the close out of each engagement. The experience required for the role: Proactive sales approach and a hunger to succeed Customer service focus A safety-first mindset Demonstrated skills interpreting construction drawings At least 5 years’ experience within civil and or commercial project environments Mature mindset and calm under pressure Methodical and solutions-focused approach This exciting opportunity will give you the chance to work for an ASX listed established Australian Brand in a rapidly growing organisation.
