Business Development Manager - Frame & Truss A great opportunity has arisen in our network for an experienced Business Development Manager who will be based at our satellite office in Reservoir. Reporting to the Alpine Truss General Manager, as Business Development Manager you will be the driving force behind building, nurturing, and growing our frame & truss business within the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. What you will be doing Grow new customers and new frame & truss business in your territory. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand our customer base and increase market share. Leverage your strong network and connections within the industry. Monitor competition and provide recommendations on strategies to manage local competition. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. What you will bring to the role At least 5 years’ experience in a similar role. Must have a strong technical background in the Frame & Truss industry. Passion for winning new business. Proven track record of successfully managing key accounts. Exceptional negotiation skills and high sales conversion rates. Ability to work in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
