Job Description
As a Business Development Manager at Danfoss, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expanding its presence in the Australian market. This position will see you responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to identify and secure new business opportunities through direct and indirect channels. What you'll be doing Proactively identifying and nurturing leads to generate new business to achieve targets set. Building and maintaining strong relationships with both existing and prospective customers and partners. Developing and delivering compelling sales presentations to showcase the company's products and services. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide exceptional customer service and support. Analyzing market trends and competitor activity to inform your sales strategies. Providing regular reporting and performance updates to management. What we're looking for Proven experience as a successful Business Development Manager or Sales Representative, ideally within the HVAC and industrial sectors. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to tailor your approach to different stakeholders. Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a track record of securing new business. Technical understanding of heat exchanger products and their application is preferred. Familiarity with sales processes, CRM systems and performance tracking. Solid understanding of the Australian sales landscape and competitive environment.
