Business Development Manager - Hospital WA Are you a driven sales professional looking for a diverse role in the medical industry? About the Role This is a full-time, field-based role covering Western Australia, with key opportunities in central Perth and major healthcare networks. In this role, you will be responsible for: Sales & Account Management: Developing key accounts, maintaining strong relationships, and driving business growth. New Business Development: Identifying and securing new clients while managing a mix of capital equipment (50%) and consumables (50%). Strategic Planning: Executing sales plans, achieving KPIs, and staying ahead of market trends. Product Expertise: Becoming a trusted advisor by developing strong product knowledge across the product portfolio. Who We’re Looking For Proven medical sales experience – ideally in medical devices, consumables, or pharmaceutical sales. Strong communicator & relationship builder – someone who can confidently engage with a variety of stakeholders. Self-motivated & adaptable – able to manage a large territory, structure your day, and travel as needed. Resilient & strategic thinker – comfortable navigating a broad product portfolio and competitive market dynamics. Healthcare experience preferred – knowledge of hospital clinical environments across both public and private facilities.
