What You Will Do Here: Drive New Business: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Corporate and Government sectors. Strategic Sales Plans: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to land new clients and expand our footprint. Client Relationship Management: Manage existing client relationships to identify growth opportunities. Collaborate with Marketing: Design and implement demand generation campaigns to enhance engagement and increase market penetration. Service Delivery: Work with division heads to ensure service delivery aligns with client expectations, contractual obligations, and security standards. Strategic Relationships: Establish and maintain relationships with key industry players and vendors. Contract Negotiation: Negotiate and manage contracts with strategic partners and suppliers, ensuring security and compliance. Who You Are: Experienced in IT Services: Minimum of 7 years' experience in IT Managed Services with a focus on sales, client engagement, and strategic account management within the Corporate and Government sectors. Proven Business Development Manager: Demonstrated ability to land new business and grow existing accounts. Client Relationship Expert: Strong background in client relationship management and strategic account management. Security-Focused: Understanding of security standards and compliance requirements in the IT industry. Analytical and Strategic Thinker: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in project management. Excellent Communicator: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills for managing diverse stakeholder relationships. Innovative and Adaptable: Expertise in technological innovation and its practical applications to enhance user experience and productivity.
