Key Responsibilities As a Business Development Manager at Diverseco, you’ll be an essential part of the Sales Team. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Generation of leads through referrals, online, social media and own initiatives. Interact positively with customers at every level, including phone calls, face-to-face calls, cold calling, and site inspections. Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure a positive customer experience. Plan with time management being critical, following up on all leads. Use the CRM and ERP to maintain all records. Active participation in internal meetings, sales, and operations in a positive environment. Monitor and report on your sales and pipeline. Conduct market analysis with reporting on both customer and competitor activity. Live and breathe the Diverseco vision and values. Bring positive energy at all times. What We’re Looking For A positive attitude and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service. Understanding of the sales process. Results-driven with a passion for achieving targets. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Superior time management and coordinating skills. Full working rights within Australia. Nice to Have, but Not Essential Experience in a capital sales role with potential long sales cycles. Experience in civil and/or structural engineered products. Exposure to the transport industry. Understanding of selling service contracts. Understanding of process planning. Mechanical aptitude.
