The Position: We’re on the hunt for a dynamic and driven Business Development Manager to lead expansion efforts in the mining sector and support civil contractors in developing point of difference construction tenders. In this high-impact role, you’ll identify key stakeholders, forge strong relationships, and close high-value deals ($1M–$10M). You will be taught the applicability of their product range to narrow your stakeholder networking activities while also being armed with numerous case studies to support your value proposition. Reporting to the General Manager of Strategy, this newly created position will be supported by an incumbent Business Development Manager, three Account Managers, and one Marketing Coordinator. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage key stakeholders within the mining and civil contracting industries. Develop and maintain strong, strategic partnerships with new and existing clients. Drive sales growth by securing high-value contracts and supporting tender development with civil contractors. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions for client needs. Stay ahead of industry trends to identify new business opportunities. About You: We’re open to seasoned professionals and rising sales or account managers who are ready to step up.
