Base pay range A$90,000.00/yr - A$110,000.00/yr Performance Psychologist / Executive Search & Talent Acquisition / HR Strategy / Consulting Enjoy a market leading base salary, and uncapped commission structure which covers management takeovers, letting fees and ongoing growth (package circa $140k+). Due to significant growth, they would like to meet an energetic professional who is ready to grow a residential rental roll across the Melbourne metropolitan area. The Role Reporting directly to the founders, your focus is to identify new business opportunities via lead-generating activities. Developing new referral relationships and maintaining existing rentals will ensure growth for your residential rent roll. Key responsibilities will include: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the residential real estate rental market. Collaborate with the property management team and an experienced sales team. Appraise and sign-up properties for rent. Advertise, process inquiries for rental properties for lease, and conduct open inspections. Maintain a pipeline of potential business. A highly successful and supportive property management team will ensure your clients are delighted and the value of your ongoing business is secure. Your Experience An experienced real estate professional, you will have strong experience as a BDM, Sales Associate, or Property Manager with excellent business development skills. With an ability to work autonomously and build relationships with stakeholders at all levels, success is assured as you have: Excellent time management and negotiation skills. An ability to provide a high level of customer service to both tenants and landlords. Experience working with KPIs and are customer service-focused. The ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. A valid driver's license.
