Key Responsibilities: Full Sales Cycle Ownership: Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation and qualification to closing deals and account expansion. New Business Development: Proactively identify, target, and engage potential clients through outbound prospecting and networking. Pipeline & Deal Management: Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, managing multiple opportunities with a structured approach to closing. Solution Selling: Conduct deep discovery to understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and drive high-value sales. Client Engagement: Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers, negotiating complex deals and securing enterprise contracts. Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with internal teams, leveraging marketing, technical support, and product teams to accelerate deals. Qualifications: Sales Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of closing experience in a B2B or SaaS environment, managing full-cycle deals. Hunter Mentality: Proven ability to develop new business and consistently meet or exceed targets. Consultative Sales Approach: Strong ability to conduct discovery calls, tailor solutions, and present business cases to C-level executives. Negotiation & Closing Skills: Experience handling objections, navigating complex sales cycles, and securing multi-year contracts.
