Job Description We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving new business growth, developing and executing sales strategies, nurturing client relationships, and meeting sales targets. Key Responsibilities Hunt for new business through cold calling, warm leads, and referrals. Communicate effectively with clients and team members. Execute B2B sales strategies. Demonstrate a proven track record in sales. Sell Telstra Wholesale mobile solutions, Cloud IP telephone, NBN/Fibre, ICT, Lexmark/Fuji Printers, and data solutions. Produce formal monthly reporting outlining key activities, pipeline, and performance against KPIs. Maintain organized, up-to-date, and accurate notes and activities in the CRM system. Requirements Comprehensive understanding of customer lifecycles and touchpoints. You must enjoy hunting - 80% of this role will be focused on new business, 20% on nurturing accounts you've brought on! A true hunter who's ready to get after it whether it be on the phone to prospects or out in the field. Ability to work under tight deadlines with flexibility. Experience in Telco/ICT/Managed Service sales required. Minimum 5 years proven experience in Telco/ICT. Exceptional organizational and time management skills. High level of negotiation skills.
