We now have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager in Western Sydney (based in Campbelltown). Managing the Sales Process: You’ll be carrying opportunities from initial contact to signed contract; conducting site surveys, product demos, quoting, and negotiating. Mastering Our CRM: You’ll be keeping our database up-to-date, ensuring prompt follow-ups, and staying on top of leads, proposals, and tenders. Nurturing Accounts: You’ll be growing existing accounts by offering tailored solutions, resolving issues, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure seamless rentals and outstanding customer service. Collaborating and Coordinating: You’ll be working closely with rental coordinators, operations, and finance teams to maintain high fleet utilisation, timely deliveries, and a smooth returns process. Here’s what it takes: Proven Sales Experience: Ideally in the rental, commercial vehicle, or transport industries. A Verifiable Track Record in Securing Long-Term Deals: Ability to target, negotiate, and build relationships that result in extended rental agreements. Customer-Centric Approach: Excellent communication and relationship-building skills to address client needs at all levels. Organisational Skills: Strong time management, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities to thrive under pressure. Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with transport equipment or truck rentals is a plus, along with a valid driver’s licence. Ideally, you may have a Heavy Combination (HC) Truck Licence, however, this is not essential. Tech Savvy: Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
