Key Responsibilities: Full Sales Cycle Management: Own the end-to-end sales process, from outbound prospecting and lead qualification to closing deals and securing long-term client relationships. Outbound & Inbound Sales: Proactively generate new business through outreach efforts while managing inbound leads with speed and precision. Enterprise Engagement: Sell high-value digital solutions to CMOs, Heads of Growth, and Marketing Directors, demonstrating the direct impact of our services on their revenue and strategy. Pipeline Growth & Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline, ensuring consistent deal flow and revenue generation. Referral & Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain strategic referral partnerships to drive additional business opportunities. Collaboration & Strategy: Work closely with marketing and fulfillment teams to align sales efforts with business goals and client needs. Qualifications: Sales Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in a business development role, preferably in a digital marketing or web development agency. Marketing & Tech Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, SEO strategies, website performance optimization, and marketing automation. Sales Process Mastery: Highly organized with excellent time management skills, skilled in structured sales approaches, and able to manage complex deal cycles. CRM Proficiency: Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms to manage leads, track progress, and optimize sales performance.
