Business Development Manager - Workplace Safety Equipment About the role Super Spill Solutions is seeking 2 talented and driven Business Development Managers to join our expanding team. This is a full-time position based in Smeaton Grange, NSW. As the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our client base across the workplace safety equipment market Australia wide. What you'll be doing Generating new business opportunities through active networking, cold calling, email outreach, leveraging existing database, and other lead generation activities. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Providing excellent post-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention. Achieving and exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets. What we're looking for Minimum 2-5 years' experience in a new business development or sales role; workplace safety or industrial equipment industry experience will be highly regarded. Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong commercial acumen and ability to understand customer needs and pain points. Expertise in developing and executing strategic sales plans. Resilience and determination to overcome objections and close deals. Passion for the workplace safety & environmental industry and a commitment to safety excellence.
