We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development & Marketing Advisor to drive strategic initiatives for our Perth office while contributing to national business development and marketing efforts. This role is ideal for a commercially minded professional with strong knowledge of the Perth legal market, who excels at building relationships, identifying opportunities, and delivering impactful marketing and business development initiatives. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement business development strategies for the Perth office, working closely with partners to enhance client engagement and identify growth opportunities. Drive market positioning efforts, including sponsorships, industry association involvement, and client development initiatives. Manage marketing campaigns, publications and client events to strengthen brand visibility. Analyse market trends and business data to provide insights that support strategic decision-making. Contribute to national marketing initiatives, including social media, website content, and internal communications. Maintain and develop marketing materials relevant to the Perth office. About You - To be successful in this role, you will have: 3+ years' experience in business development and marketing within professional services. Strong knowledge of the Perth legal market, including client and industry insights. Excellent analytical, strategic planning, and project management skills. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities. A collaborative, solutions-focused approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities. A high level of attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism. Understanding of the legal services market in Perth and nationally.
