MiHaven has over 55 employees and consists of: MiHaven Construction + MiHaven Development - bespoke residential building and property development MiHaven Care – NDIS provider of SDA home construction and property management MiHaven Living - premium short-term accommodation MiHaven Training (RTO 40928) - Registered Training Organisation In this role, the specific focus will be developing a sales and marketing engagement strategy to fill the existing MiHaven Care SDA vacancies in the regional locations of Mossman, Mareeba, Innisfail, and Atherton. In addition, there will be a special engagement project working with SIL Provider – Life Without Barriers, whom MiHaven Care has secured an exclusive agreement to be their SDA provider for the Cairns region. Key Accountabilities Achieve customer acquisition and revenue growth targets aligned with the tenancy vacancies. Design and implement a strategic sales plan that increases client base and market share. Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies, and programs to capture key NDIS participants. Assist with the tenancy matching and all duties that will result in securing suitable NDIS SDA qualified tenants for MiHaven Care. Develop existing referrer network. Generate leads, close new deals, and write grants for new business. Create, develop, and execute client attraction strategies in partnership with the MiHaven Care team. Participate in the creation of MiHaven Care’s SDA housing pipeline with the leadership team ensuring that we are designing purpose-built, innovative SDA homes meeting the needs of the NDIS community. Create and maintain a network within the disability sector to grow the organization's reach to eligible SDA clients. Manage existing strategic SIL relationships to identify housing requirements and provide person-centered solutions in collaboration with designers. Ensure the client's journey is managed effectively from initial engagement to moving into their new MiHaven Care home. Actively participate and engage with the local NDIS stakeholders. NDIS Knowledge Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the NDIS systems and practices. Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local services and organizations clients can utilize.
