About My Occ Health Record: We are transforming workplace health and safety with innovative cloud-based technology. Our platform addresses critical challenges in occupational health, empowering businesses to streamline operations, ensure compliance, and improve employee well-being. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation: Identify and qualify prospects within our ideal customer profile (ICP) using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and HubSpot. Prospecting: Engage with decision-makers through outbound calls, emails, and social selling, tailoring outreach strategies to customer needs. Pipeline Development: Nurture prospects with personalized communication, delivering educational content and updates. Meeting Scheduling: Secure and participate in discovery calls and product demos, creating opportunities for the sales team. Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and sales teams to align strategies and improve lead conversion. CRM Management: Maintain accurate lead interaction records and ensure timely follow-ups. Qualifications: Experience: 1-2 years in SaaS sales or business development roles. Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with the ability to craft compelling messages. Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement tools, particularly HubSpot, is a plus.
