What We Have on Offer Based in Melbourne, we are seeking a Business Development Representative - Support who will contribute to the growth of our introducer relationships by assisting our Business Development Managers and their introducer partners. You will provide telephone-based support on loan applications and scenarios, general training and upskilling on our systems, plus providing advice on policy, process and finance options. To succeed in this role, you’ll have: Demonstrated experience in lending and/or sales within the Asset or Motor Finance industry with a thorough understanding of Commercial, Novated Lease or Consumer finance. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong customer service ethic with a desire to guide and educate others An ability to thrive under pressure, manage conflicting deadlines and provide solutions to problems Experience in dealing with finance brokers, novated lease consultants and/or salary packing providers This role is a great platform to grow your Asset Finance career, having led others to become Business Development Managers or take on other key roles within Pepper.
