Your profile First experience in a demanding, fast-paced, communication-heavy professional environment (start-up, consulting, banking, service or similar) First experience in a sales and/or business development position or similar Experience with direct customer contact (ideally at executive or C-level), if possible Degree or training in a business or technology-related professional field or a comparable background What also sets you apart: Excellent written and spoken communication skills Enjoy working with people Initiative, assertiveness, ability to work in a team and a high level of comprehension Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving thinking Excellent written and spoken German and English skills Professionalism, authenticity, strong argumentation and quick-wittedness Your mission Proactive identification of new business opportunities in the market through outbound activities such as emails, telephony and social selling as well as accompanying conversion of the pipeline - your know-how pitch inspires and arouses interest in our solution Ongoing optimisation of your outbound strategies to address potential customers professionally and always keep their needs in mind Qualifying leads from campaigns and developing them into sales opportunities for our field sales team Developing and regularly improving your understanding of our ICP (ideal customer profile), our value proposition and the sales journey at stp.one Collaboration with decision-makers at the highest level in our target market (C-level, General Counsel etc.) Ensuring high data quality in the CRM system Cross-departmental collaboration in the entire Go-To-Market team and optimisation of processes from acquisition to list building, outreach, lead processing and lead qualification Application process Get to know each other: In a 20-minute exchange with our recruiter, we look together at mutual expectations. First interview: You will then get to know our Vice President Marketing as well as our Director Demand Generation and delve deeper into technical topics and the role (digital). Case study: After successfully completing the interview, you will receive a task from us, which you will then present (digital).
