As our new Business Development Manager you will focus on identifying and approaching potential clients with the aim of identifying how Roboyo best can help them on their automation journeys. You will be the link between Roboyo and our clients, identifying opportunities, answering queries, offering advice, and introducing new products and technologies. In addition to seek opportunities to new clients, you also work to develop our relationships with existing clients. As such, you will become a crucial part of, and a trusted advisor in our client’s digital transformation journey. We are looking for someone to start as soon as possible from our location in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney and willing to travel within APAC. Within this role, your responsibilities, and tasks will include: • Actively identify, target, and acquire new customers to expand the company's client base.• Drive the complete sales cycle (end-to-end), with a focus on securing new business opportunities.• Collaborate with the delivery team to respond to tenders and RFPs, ensuring tailored and competitive proposals.• Develop and present compelling, customized pitch decks and individualized offers to attract new clients.• Execute strategic account planning and implement effective sales methodologies to maximize potential with newly acquired accounts.• Establish and nurture relationships with technology partners to identify and leverage new business opportunities.• Organize and participate in events, sales, and marketing activities to generate leads and convert prospects into clients.• Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM reporting to track pipeline development and sales performance. Experience and skills you will bring to Roboyo: • 7+ years of sales or consulting experience in a B2B environment• Experience in complex solution selling that includes the introduction of projects of cloud services, IT-services and/or process development initiatives• Experienced in driving sales initiative from first contact to signed engagement• Strong business focus with good understanding from working with stakeholders at C-level• Enjoy sales and great interest in digitalisation technologies• Flexibility and willingness to travel Skills that we see as a big plus: • A resilient network and experience in public, finance or health care sector would be desirable• Experience in Automation technologies or IT consulting sales will be an advantage, and your ability to understand and translate client needs into solutions will be of great importance.• Curiosity for new technology• Familiarity with the modern workplace and the evolving business models that drive it.
