Job Description The key objective of the business development volunteer role is to identify and establish partnerships with large companies that have social impact initiatives, such as corporate foundations and government grants, aimed at creating job opportunities for underrepresented communities. Essential skills for this role include research and analytical abilities to pinpoint relevant opportunities, strong communication skills for outreach and relationship-building, and an understanding of social impact strategies to effectively align the organization's goals with potential partners.
