Job Description: We're looking for a highly organised and driven Business Executive to join our award-winning team in Melbourne working across one of Saatchi’s biggest and creatively ambitious clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an agency working with great people, who love what they do. The Business Executive role is responsible for lending support to the Business Management team to ensure the smooth running of projects and processes. Day to day, the role will be varied, ranging from inputting and crafting presentation documents, to setting up meetings, performing secondary research, participating in brainstorming sessions, and being exposed to strategic thinking and how to work with creatives to formulate a response to brief. You will have the opportunity to gain experience on some of Australia’s biggest and best-known brands, working alongside some of the country’s most talented teams. Exposure to cross-functional teams and Groupe benefits. The person we're looking for has: 6-12 months minimum experience working in a creative communications agency or client marketing team. Qualifications in communications/marketing is preferred. Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative communication style. You are curious, strategically minded and interested in problem-solving. Meticulously organised, you enjoy working to tight deadlines. Brilliant attention to detail, you don’t miss a thing (literally). You are agile, can pivot easily and enjoy working with your team to achieve the impossible.
