It involves supporting or leading the design and delivery of major projects across WPB that impact the Channels. In addition, you will engage with key Stakeholders to understand change impacts and be responsible for the successful implementation process changes. Responsibilities: A SME for channels in WPB and Business wide projects where channels is impacted with a focus on Wealth. Lead channels projects, control, prioritize and implement changes required to Channels procedures, processes, and systems. Identify inefficient/incorrect procedures or processes and rectify these to ensure optimization of all key performance indicators is achieved. Make recommendations to improve/streamline current change practices to improve the customer experience, team productivity, and/or reduce costs. Build strong relationships, adopting a joined-up approach to deliver business requirements at pace and with minimum conflict. Drive a high-performance culture through strong leadership and effective people management. Acting as a Subject Matter Expert on the project at hand to support the wider business to ensure commonality and consistency of solutions. Requirements: Good understanding of channel dynamics e.g. procedures, process and systems used, experience in Wealth Management is required. Strong stakeholder management experience and being able to calibrate with other departments. Word, Excel and PowerPoint literate to an intermediate level. Good planning and prioritisation skills. Prior project management skills and familiarity with tools preferred. Documentation and change management experience. Effective communication, inter-personal and negotiating skills. Some experience of delivering change using appropriate systems/tools, communication, delegation and planning skills.
