Location: Flexible location across any campus, with regular travel to other sites Role Type: Permanent, Full time About The Role: As a Business Insights Lead, you will play a critical role in strengthening BKI’s Business Intelligence capability across key professional service teams, including Finance, People & Culture, ICT, and Health, Safety and Wellbeing. You will provide stakeholders with access to accurate, timely, and actionable data to support informed decision-making. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring you to develop and activate insights that enhance performance and efficiency across BKI’s operations. Key Responsibilities: Drive data-informed decision-making by providing professional service teams with access to accurate and relevant insights. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop a self-serve culture in Business Intelligence and reporting. Plan and define business insight needs, ensuring data and reporting solutions align with strategic priorities. Deliver high-quality analysis and reporting, interpreting data to uncover trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Promote a culture of continuous improvement, identifying opportunities for automation, BI dashboards, and enhanced data accessibility. You will bring: Proven experience in business intelligence, analytics, or performance reporting, ideally within an education or government setting. Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships, engage and influence decision-makers, and translate data insights into meaningful business strategies. Technical expertise in reporting tools, dashboards, and data analysis frameworks, such as Power BI. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and the capability to work across multiple projects.
