The Communications Analyst role within the Digital, Data and Technology group (DD&T) involves developing, managing, and executing the DD&T Communication strategy and implementation plan. Sydney or Melbourne – other locations considered From $123,444 - $126,716 (depending on experience) + 15.4% superannuation 12-month Fixed Term Contract Applications close at 11:59pm AEST, 17 March 2025 The team The Digital, Data & Technology (DD&T) group delivers transformational change and key technology services across ASIC. The group includes Data, Digital, IT, Cyber Security, Portfolio Office, Registry Connect, and the Business Management Unit (BMU). The BMU supports business management for the Group, collaborating with DD&T Senior Executives and the management team to provide integrated, timely management services aligned with ASIC priorities. The role As the Communications Analyst – Business Management Unit , you will develop and implement the DD&T Communication Strategy and Implementation Plan, working with Senior Managers to implement effective processes and procedures to support DD&T communications. You will also: Maintain and develop the DD&T Communications Strategy and Implementation Plan. Advise and prepare internal communications for DD&T Group Senior Executives. Develop, implement, and promote the DD&T new starter process, including SharePoint site, welcome emails, and essential information. Design, update, and enhance the DD&T SharePoint Hub and other identified sites. Create and distribute DD&T communications via various mediums (intranet, emails, PowerPoint, SharePoint, invitations, etc.). Develop proactive communication strategies for BAU and project activities with DD&T management and project managers. Coordinate, review, and produce the fortnightly DD&T ‘The Link' newsletter. Collaborate across DD&T to ensure well-prepared communications before implementation/end-user impacts. Maintain and update DD&T content on myASIC (ASIC intranet). Support the EA network and Digital enablement by informing them of technology changes affecting SELs and EDs. About you Combined with your strong communication and stakeholder management skills, you will also demonstrate: Bachelor's degree in communication, marketing, or related fields. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong multi-tasking, problem-solving, and project management skills. Proficient in desktop design, SharePoint, PowerPoint, and publishing. Effective presentation of complex information to various audiences, both verbally and in writing. Coordination of multiple stakeholders across various topics. Experience in communications and assisting with new technology/system introductions. Independent work with limited supervision, accountable for outcomes.
