About the Role As the Business Manager - Commercial Sales, you will be responsible for managing and growing their partnership with Woolworths. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. You will develop and execute account-specific strategies to maximise mutual growth opportunities and ensure a strong, long-term relationship. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement strategic account plans to drive category growth and achieve sales objectives. Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) sessions and commercial negotiations with Woolworths. Monitor and analyse market trends, category performance, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities. Drive innovation by leading new product development (NPD) initiatives tailored to Woolworths' requirements. Manage promotional planning and execution, optimising product portfolio and pricing strategies. Foster strong relationships with key decision-makers within Woolworths and internally at BreadSolutions. Manage inventory planning and forecasting and oversee specific supply chain initiatives. What We’re Looking For 7-10 years of key account management experience in the FMCG/retail industry, with a strong preference for experience managing Woolworths or similar major retail accounts. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Strong understanding of retail industry and supermarket operations. Strong commercial acumen, negotiation, and relationship management skills. Advanced category management expertise with a strategic mindset. Analytical skills with proficiency in retail data analysis tools and systems. Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic discussions.
