This is a fabulous opportunity for a proven, dedicated Business Manager to provide exceptional oversight and strategic development of both the Northern Endoscopy and Southern Endoscopy Centres in Salisbury South and Somerton Park respectively. Boasting state of the art facilities and equipment, you will work in conjunction with the Director in a pivotal role, to assist in guiding the organisation through its next exciting phase of growth. The Role Business operations : Provide high level strategic advice to senior managers. Responsible for creating and implementing efficiencies in the day-to-day operational processes of the team across both sites. Innovation and change : Identifies areas for improvement and spearheads changes required by providing a clear vision of project roadmap and outcomes to all stakeholders. Stakeholder management : Build and maintain productive and collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders through trust and respect. Leadership and Management : Manage and develop geographically separate teams into a cohesive group. Compliance : Maintain hospital accreditation and adherence to all standards, licenses and regulatory bodies. About you You will have a comprehensive background in business management and experience in the healthcare industry. Be results driven to drive key operational change. Be able to lead with emotional intelligence and ensure seamless collaboration across both hospital sites. You will be proactive with a thorough understanding of the legal and accreditation requirements for Day Hospitals. Your calm and adaptable demeanor along with your business acumen will ensure stakeholder buy-in for the operational and financial growth of the organisation. Highly regarded Tertiary qualifications in Business or Health Experience in change management HR diploma Demonstrated experience managing Day Hospitals. At least 10 years senior management experience in healthcare. Solid commercial acumen and proven strategic business development ability and success. An ability to create, and implement policies & procedures, plans and systems in line with strategic objectives of the organisation and accreditation requirements. Experience in forecasting and tracking the overall performance of the business in-line with pre-determined targets/budgets. Proven ability and commitment to lead, manage and develop a multi-disciplinary team, whilst building a positive, collaborative internal culture. Skilled in effective methods of communication, interpersonal relationships, and public relations.
