We are calling you to contribute to our success and grow with us! Responsibilities Develop insights and business plans required to answer the big strategic questions the business faces. Analyse and identify opportunities for innovation across the organisation, including the effectiveness of internal processes. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the digital payments sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and industry stakeholders. Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to inform business decisions. Collaborate with Customer Success, Compliance, Treasury and Operations teams to align efforts with company objectives. Prepare and deliver regular business reports, forecasts, and performance analyses. Work with cross-functional teams and support the development and maintenance of departmental procedures and provide input on improving FX payments processes. Requirements Proven experience in a similar role within the financial technology industry. Strong knowledge of currency exchange products and markets. Extensive knowledge of e-Commerce marketplace. Exceptional leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. Ability to work in a multicultural and dynamic environment. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred). Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
