Due to ongoing growth, we now have multiple exciting opportunities at our Dutton One dealerships across Melbourne. As an integral member of the dealership sales team, you will collaborate closely with sales colleagues to achieve our overall car sales targets, working together as a cohesive unit to ensure a seamless customer journey. The ideal candidate will have a background in automotive finance or brokerage and sales, a strong commitment to customer service, and the ability to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling our products. Qualifications Ideally, you will bring the following: Strong communication and interpersonal skills , with the ability to build rapport both over the phone and face-to-face. Clear understanding of multiple lender panels and products , enabling you to identify the best outcomes for customers. Excellent organisational and time management skills , ensuring efficiency and productivity. High attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously. A willingness to learn and think outside the box. Strict adherence to all compliance measures and industry standards. Enthusiasm, motivation, and a positive mindset , fostering a great team and customer experience. Team-oriented approach , valuing collaboration and effective communication within the dealership sales team.
