The Role We’re on the hunt for a Business Operations Manager to oversee our growing Parks and Resorts Operations within our leased parks portfolio. This is a pivotal role where you’ll lead, mentor, and support Park Managers across multiple sites. You’ll play a key part in driving customer satisfaction, health and safety systems, ensuring smooth daily operations, managing and contributing to the continued success and growth of our parks. Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor Park Managers to achieve operational KPIs. Maximise sales revenue and profitability across the region & oversee financial budgets, ensuring targets are met. Ensure consistent park presentation and maintenance standards including high standards of customer service. Implement and adhere to company policies and legal regulations. Identify opportunities for business growth and improvement. Implement strategies to enhance operational performance. Foster a positive and inclusive work environment. Develop team members through coaching and training programs. Qualifications & Experience Required Current First Aid Certificate (Level 2) & CPR Certificate. Working with Children Check (or equivalent). National Police Check. Preferred Proven experience in leading and managing large teams. Strong business planning and development skills. Experience in budget management and financial forecasting. Experience in implementing policies, procedures, and auditing processes. Horticultural and grounds management knowledge. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills. A passion for the holiday park industry and guest experience.
