You'll get proactive, searching for talent with our talent pool or via headhunt to get that unique individual for our customer. Updating our CRM, yes, every entry level has its downsides and this is it! You'll take charge and be the data genius for our team - supporting consultants by providing leads and keeping our data clean and fresh! Attending client and candidate meetings to help you learn from the very best - they are a fountain of knowledge for beginners. Account Management, arranging interviews, meetings, offers, etc. with our customer base until you're ready to win your own! This is not a 9 to 5 role, nor a 12 hours a day role, this is a role for a mature thinker who understands that business is urgent and do what you need to be part of a high-performing team.
