The opportunity: As a Business Performance Coach, you will drive business growth across the Fitstop network by refining operations and empowering franchise owners, managers, and operators to reach their full potential. Your focus will be on providing education, guidance, and accountability to ensure each location operates efficiently, increases profitability, and exceeds performance goals. By leveraging Fitstop’s systems, benchmarking tools, and best practices, you will deliver tailored strategies and actionable insights while maintaining alignment with our brand standards. Drive business growth by developing and executing tailored strategies to achieve and exceed key metrics Build strong, trust-based relationships with franchisees, managers, and the corporate team Provide financial education on budgeting, P&L, forecasting, and cash flow to optimise performance Analyse network data to identify opportunities for improvement and create tailored growth strategies Deliver hands-on support during the pre and post-opening journey, including training, audits, and reviews Ensure compliance with Fitstop brand standards, franchise obligations, and operational processes Utilise Fitstop business platforms and CRM tools effectively to drive performance Support process improvement initiatives and assist in the implementation of marketing collateral What we’re looking for: We’re looking for a driven and experienced individual with a strong background in business operations and a passion for coaching. You excel in relationship building, financial analysis, and driving performance to meet growth targets. Proven experience in business coaching within the fitness or retail industry Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and identify areas for improvement Ability to analyse financials and effectively educate stakeholders on areas of improvement Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with franchise owners, managers, and operators Detail-oriented, process-driven, and results-focused Comfortable working with growth targets and KPIs Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Systems-oriented with a focus on delivering results Above all, you have a passion for the feeling Fitness generates.
