Full Time Fixed term Position - Up to 3 Year Contract Band 8 - Salary Range $123,831 to $138,629 per annum + 11.5% Super + ADO Salary offered will depend on level of skills and experience. The Opportunity At Melton City Council, we are dedicated to creating a vibrant and liveable city for everyone. As part of the Transformation team, you will be key to delivering the Transformation Change Program (TCP) transitioning from our current technology provider to One Council. In this role, you will lead transformative business initiatives by improving processes, driving efficiency, and embedding a culture of performance excellence aligned with Council’s new technology system. Collaborate with key stakeholders to develop, refine, and implement business processes that address organisational needs and ensure the system's success. Key Responsibilities Provide expert input into the change management process by ensuring clear communication, guiding stakeholders through the transition, and developing training materials to ensure smooth adoption and effective utilisation of the new system. Capture and analyse ‘As-Is’ and ‘To-Be’ business process models using approved methods and tools with a focus on identifying opportunities for standardisation and streamlined workflows that support efficient, consistent practices across the organisation. Develop and maintain detailed documentation related to process improvements, including process maps, standard operating procedures, and training materials. Ensure that training and change management strategies equip the team to succeed with the new processes and tools. About you To be successful in this role you will have the following: Tertiary education with relevant degrees and extensive experience in a similar role. Experience performing business analysis activities that drive standardisation and improvement, with a focus on understanding the specific needs of human centred solutions, within IM/ICT projects. Experience in capturing and analysing current ‘As-Is’ and optimised ‘To-Be’ business processes across large organisations, involving workflow mapping and standardisation to support eMR solutions, preferably using Business Process Modelling Notation (BPMN).
