About the role Due to continued growth, we are seeking to appoint a Business Process and Optimisation Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate of this role will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to identify inefficiencies, streamline workflows, and implement innovative solutions that drive productivity and reduce costs. Your expertise in process improvement, data analysis, and change management will be crucial in helping our organisation achieve operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Conduct research and collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to understand business needs and define requirements. Analyse and enhance business processes, identifying opportunities for optimisation. Facilitate end-to-end process reviews, engaging with stakeholders to drive process improvements. Support the implementation of process changes and provide training where needed. Maintain an internal knowledge base of business policies and procedures. About You To thrive in this role, you will: Demonstrated experience in Business Process Modelling, Design and Analysis. Demonstrated experience in the development of detailed user documentation and training programs. Understanding of Property Valuation and Banking industries desirable. Intermediate knowledge of Google Business Suite (Gmail, Sheet, Docs, Calendars, Chat, Lucidchart), Zendesk applications and collaboration tools such as Jira/Confluence.
