Business/Systems Analysts (Information & Communication Technology) Government - State (Government & Defence) Full time Commensurate with experience + super + nfp sp Mater Foundation is looking for a Business Quality Analyst to join the team! This 12 month maximum-term, full-time role will be based at our Newstead campus. As the healthcare needs of Queenslanders grow, so does the role of Mater Foundation. The Business Quality Analyst role will assist with documenting business/solution requirements, working closely with Business Support teams, Mater DTI and program leads for new data sources, gathering requirements for Power BI reports/dashboards, providing training and work instruction documentation, process mapping, conducting user acceptance testing for new system functionality, managing change & stakeholder management and continued process improvement as part of the Business Support roadmap of initiatives. This role will have a major focus working with complex data sets, driving continuous improvement, and working with vendors on bug fixes and enhancements. Key Responsibilities: Documenting business/solution requirements Gathering requirements for Power BI reports/dashboards Providing training and work instruction documentation Conducting user acceptance testing for new system functionality Managing change and stakeholder management Driving continuous improvement You will have 3-5 years demonstrated business system analysis or project management experience using Agile methodology and a proven background in achieving successful project outcomes and abilities in problem solving, and analytical thought processes. Minimum Qualifications: Strong B2C experience with customer relationship management, customer data platforms and marketing technology systems Experience working within a customer data focused organisation with an excellent understanding of data, interrogating data for insights, and visualisations that clearly communicate findings and support recommendations.
