Lead Group: Restructuring Senior Manager We seek a highly skilled Restructuring Senior Manager to join Lead Group in Melbourne. This role presents an opportunity to make a significant impact on the business, working closely with clients to develop and deliver restructuring and insolvency strategies. You will oversee an engagement team, manage multiple workstreams, and assist clients in analysing and understanding their business performance and position. In this position, you will also manage day-to-day issues on formal restructuring engagements, including trade-on management, receipts, and payments, and assist in stakeholder communication. You will additionally assist in advisory, informal engagements, including independent business reviews and informal turnaround assignments. Your key responsibilities include preparing reports, presentations, and written correspondence, conducting financial analysis, and preparing estimated outcome positions for legal restructuring matters. You will be a key member involved in business development initiatives and contribute to your learning and development, and that of our team through coaching and mentoring. To excel in this role, you must have 6-10 years of experience in managing insolvency and restructuring cases, tertiary qualifications in accounting or finance, and a CA qualification or equivalent. You should possess strong attention to detail, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. The salary range for this role is approximately $140,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr
