As part of CBA Technology, Group Security protects the bank and our customers from theft, loss, and risk events, through effective and proactive management of cyber security, privacy, fraud, physical security, and operational risk. The Security Enablement team assists in building great security outcomes for the Group to consume. Do work that matters: As the Business Security Partner, you will own stakeholder relationships within the Group, the realization of Group Security CIO’s value proposition, and ultimately a frictionless experience between Group Security CIO and the rest of the Group. You will: Act as a subject matter expert (SME) and trusted advisor between cybersecurity and the lines of business Provide advice and support for stakeholders to rate associated risks and support prioritization or remediation activities when required Educate stakeholders on cybersecurity-related matters in an effort to increase awareness and improve culture Participate in cybersecurity and business-related risk councils or working groups as necessary Lead the integration of the security experience for colleagues Navigate through complex processes to simplify them and enable successful outcomes Understand the portfolio’s roadmap and help better alignment and predict the flow of work and priorities We're interested in hearing from people who have: Strong knowledge and experience across Cyber Risk with a passion for technology and Cyber Security Ability to discover key goals and steer stakeholders with success plans Demonstrated ability to convey complex information risk and security issues in a manner that is easily understood and actionable, and constructively challenge prevailing thoughts and processes Pride themselves on mentoring and coaching junior team members Strong inductive reasoning ability and negotiation/influencing skills Risk Reporting experience using risk register tools (such as COGNOS and/or Tableau) would be beneficial Ability to work with ambiguity and possess structured problem-solving skills Influencing and advising stakeholders with presence and confidence Experience working with cross-functional teams You will: Be customer-obsessed and have a proactive attitude Certification in CISM, ITIL, or Security + is highly regarded Solid experience in ServiceNow Be a team player and have an Agile mindset If you're already part of the Commonwealth Bank Group (including Bankwest, x15ventures), you'll need to apply through Sidekick to submit a valid application.
