Base pay range A$90,000.00/yr - A$120,000.00/yr About the Firm We are working with a dynamic and rapidly growing boutique chartered accounting firm based in Northern Sydney. Renowned for their client-centric approach, the firm works with diverse SME and HNW clients. They offer a flexible and supportive work environment with potential for this role to evolve into a more senior leadership over time. Staff typically work 3 days a week in the office and 2 at home though both full and part-time options can be considered. Role Overview As a Business Services Supervisor, you will play a pivotal role in the firm's growth, managing a small team and primarily reviewing work. Responsibilities Lead and mentor a small team of professionals, ensuring the delivery of high-quality client service. Review the team's work, maintaining quality and productivity. Conduct client meetings where needed. Actively contribute to managing workflow and meeting deadlines. Qualifications and Experience CA / CPA or relevant degree with 3-4+ years of business services experience. Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to manage and mentor junior staff. Solid technical knowledge. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to work efficiently and provide hands-on, practical solutions.
