As a Business Services and Tax Manager, you will report to the Managing Partner and play a key role in providing accounting and taxation services to their clients' businesses while supporting a dynamic and talented team of Accountants. Responsibilities will include: Carrying out business advisory work, including tax planning, management reporting, budgeting/forecasting, estate planning, and other advisory work as required. Accurately advising on complex tax matters. Managing a growing list of SMEs. Building client relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. Efficiently managing and training junior staff. Requirements Australian CA / CPA qualification Minimum of 5 years of public practice experience. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Solid knowledge of accounting principles and taxation regulations. Experience with MS Office and Xero. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. Commitment to providing exceptional client service.
