Key Responsibilities: Solution Design, Development & Integration Design and implement scalable, efficient, and cost-effective technology solutions aligned with business strategies. Work closely with stakeholders to analyse business requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Architect end-to-end solutions, ensuring performance, scalability, and seamless integration with existing systems. Develop and customize enterprise applications (CRM, ERP, ECM) and optimize workflows using Azure Logic Apps, Power Automate, and cloud-based APIs. Lead integration efforts to ensure smooth data exchange between internal and external platforms. Work closely with business analysts, IT teams, and product owners to align solutions with business objectives. Communicate technical concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders. Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including system design, workflows, and integration patterns. Establish and enforce best practices in coding, solution architecture, and security compliance. Process Optimization & Project Delivery Identify areas for process automation and create workflows to enhance business efficiency. Conduct project activities in alignment with timelines and budgets. Liaise with internal IT teams for prioritization, risk assessment, and implementation planning. Proactively identify and address technical issues to ensure smooth solution deployment. What You Need to Succeed: Required Skills & Qualifications Proven experience as a Business Solutions Architect, Solutions Architect, or similar role. Experience with Azure cloud services (Azure Functions, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, Power Automate). Expertise in enterprise content management systems (ECM), CRM, and ERP. Strong knowledge of system integration, API development, and third-party services. Experience with relational databases (SQL). Ability to solve complex business problems with innovative technical solutions. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.). Desired Skills (Nice to Have) Experience working with ELO software or similar ECM systems. Cloud architecture certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert). Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and security best practices. Knowledge of data privacy regulations (GDPR, HIPAA, etc.). Experience in business analysis or project management. Why Join Us?
