The Work As a Business Strategy Manager, you are at the very heart of our business. This is an exceptional opportunity to become a core member of our growing Strategy team, working side by side with clients on their most complex problems. As a leader in our team, you will have the opportunity to: Manage all aspects of a client project, including relationships with various senior stakeholders. Lead high-performing teams in an inclusive and collaborative way. Coach and mentor others. Structure problems and take action to solve them by focusing on the most material challenges. Communicate effectively in a structured manner, with all audiences. Desired Skills and Experience Min 3 years experience in strategy consulting. Track record of leading and managing high performing teams. Strong strategy technical skills – qualitative and quantitative analysis, complex problem solving, industry or functional experience. First class written and verbal communication skills.
