What You’ll Do The Telstra InfraCo’s Strategic Execution and Operational Excellence team is responsible for developing strategies and bringing them to life through execution programs and driving operational excellence across the InfraCo business. The Strategy Specialist will play a critical role in driving strategic and operational initiatives for the InfraCo business. This position will involve developing and implementing business strategies, optimising operational processes, and ensuring the successful execution of strategic projects. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth and improve operational excellence. Prepare reports, presentations, and other documentation to communicate findings and recommendations. Conduct research and analysis to identify challenges and opportunities and come up with recommendations to address these. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and support strategic projects. Analyse internal and external data and provide insights to support decision-making. Support with delivery of strategic programs of work that drive value creation for the business. Support the senior members of the team with various tasks and projects as needed. Provide input on decisions about future investments and business optimisation strategies. About You Essential Requirements: Previous experience in management consulting or strategic roles. Strong presentation skills - must have previous experience creating PowerPoint presentations to present to executive level. Experience in Strategy Development and Execution. Advanced proficiency in data analysis. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Familiar with project/program delivery methodologies. Strong business acumen. Ability to partner with the business to deliver on key project outcomes.
