As a Business Support Associate, you will be partnering closely with our team of Recruiters and Consultants, as well as all corporate functions. Your role will be to provide assistance in the management and continual improvement of Contracting Support from onboarding to offboarding. Some key responsibilities include: End to end onboarding of contractors and casuals. Conducting background/compliance checks. Invoicing in alignment with timelines. Liaising with client, contractor and payroll. Assisting in preparation of reports, presentations and documentation for external clients and internal meetings. We would love to hear about your previous experience whether it be in administration, customer service, sales or more.
