The Hospital is a centre of excellence and throughout its history has been a key driver in shaping oral health and dental care in Australia. The purpose of this position is to work in collaboration with the General Manager to develop strategies and processes aimed at improving the efficiency and effectiveness of operations within Sydney Dental Hospital and Oral Health Services (SDH & OHS). This role is also responsible for: Providing high-level business and financial support to the General Manager, Executive and managers of SDH & OHS to ensure that strategic and operational objectives are met within the allocated budget. Managing and coordinating reception and administrative staff across all departments within the Sydney Dental Hospital. Ideal Candidate A degree in a relevant field, or equivalent work experience, or a combination of study and work experience. Demonstrated ability to conduct financial and performance data analysis, including providing relevant advice based on such information at executive level. Benefits and Perks!
