Make a Difference As a Business Support, you provide important administrative/project support across a diverse range of business activities, while ensuring agreed performance standards and key policies are achieved. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth functioning of different business activities that ultimately support Telstra’s strategic priorities. You thrive on providing responsive, considered support and being a key enabler for the teams you collaborate with, purposefully contributing to shared goals. Key Responsibilities This is how you'll bring the purpose of your role to life: Reviewing and analyzing Telstra’s products, services, and processes to identify improvements for Enterprise and Business customers, ensuring they meet customer needs and business goals. Using CRM tools like Salesforce to create and manage cases for Telstra Partners and Account Managers, while ensuring accurate and efficient case handling. Closing government and enterprise cases in Salesforce Phoenix, following business processes and ensuring compliance with service agreements. Analyzing customer requests to define their scope and verify them across Telstra’s systems, ensuring alignment with technical capabilities and business objectives. Requesting feasibility checks for Telstra’s IP and Ethernet products and raising Address Feedback forms when needed to meet customer requirements. Supporting customers and partners with account management tasks, such as handling disconnections, enquiries, updates, reporting, and other service requests to ensure smooth operations. Coordinating technical changes or cancellations for Telstra services as requested by Government and Enterprise clients. This includes managing network services like IP, Data, Managed Networks, Mobile Backup, TIPT, and NBN-related services. Ensuring solution designs meet customer needs and are accurately captured in Telstra’s systems. Assisting in collecting and submitting customer technical details after the sale for implementation. Helping Account Executives and Partners match customer business needs to Telstra’s solutions, ensuring smooth delivery of complex services and managing post-sale tasks within agreed timeframes. Providing support to team members both locally and offshore, ensuring business processes and service levels are maintained.
