About the role We are seeking a Business System Analyst - SuccessFactors to support and improve SuccessFactors applications. This role is based out of the International Towers at Barangaroo, with hybrid working arrangements available.Key responsibilities include: Provide application support, continuous improvement, and deliver upgrades/projects for SAP SuccessFactors across all modules. Manage IT service management incidents, problems, service requests, and enhancements. Drive consistent practices, processes, procedures, governance, and standards for application support. Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to identify, analyze, document business requirements, and manage small system enhancements. Develop, review, and govern functional specifications for system enhancements. Work with developers and vendors to provide effective solutions. Translate business needs into solutions by managing components of initiatives/projects. Coordinate system testing, training, user acceptance, and validation testing of solutions and changes. Manage the transition to support of business applications delivered via projects. About your experience The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in an analytical discipline or equivalent, with proven experience in supporting HR business process designs and SAP SuccessFactors. Key skills include: Experience with application security and authorizations matrix. Familiarity with service management tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and Level 2/3 Support processes. Experience in vendor management and collaboration with vendor resources. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with end-users and IT employees. Understanding of system/software development lifecycles. Excellent specification writing and change documentation skills. Ability to understand and interpret business needs for technical solutions. Conceptual problem-solving and analysis skills. Ability to view applications and business processes from a broad perspective. Ready to apply? / How do you apply?
