Our Vision: A globally connected community driven by lifestyle and nature.Our Purpose: Grow TownsvilleOur Values: Safety, Excellence, Respect, Value, EnjoymentAbout The Role This position plays a key role in compliance and systems performance reporting, maintaining ISO Certification for Water Services, and supports the promotion of sustainable water use and continual improvement with the Townsville community for our major water users (WEMP holders). The role will: Support the Coordinator Compliance Water in compliance reporting, water business system and plants performance reporting. Work with Senior Management to drive the QEMS to ensure it is embedded at all levels of water services operations. About You Our ideal candidate will have: Certificate IV or higher in business management, information technology or equivalent. Qualification as certified IMS Auditor (desirable). Knowledge and understanding of ISO certification, Quality, Environment and Management Systems (QEMS) and how to embed quality outcomes in organisations. High level of proficiency in the Microsoft suite of products, including, Word, Excel, SharePoint, PowerBI, MS Viso, MS Project. Extensive knowledge and proficiency in document management systems. Knowledge of Waterwise Council programs, with an understanding of current local water management issues, state water plans and management, and best practice water management. A high level of communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to positively engage and negotiate with a diverse range of stakeholders.
