The role involves collaborating across processes, functions, and organizations, with a significant focus on change management. The successful candidate will drive changes in people, processes, tools, and organizations, working within a global network to implement new ways of working and enhance project and engineering efficiency throughout the value chain. As a Business Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex cross-functional projects, including scoping, planning, execution, and timely delivery within budget and quality standards. Additionally, you will engage with key stakeholders, present projects for review, and evaluate project outcomes within the project governance forum.
