You'll play a crucial role in supporting the entire lifecycle of our voice product customers. Interact with customers through phone and our case management system, handling tasks such as number activations, porting, intricate routing changes, addressing billing inquiries, and diagnosing and restoring faults to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. There is an on-call component for this role. If you prioritise exceptional customer experience, this role might be your perfect fit.
