Job Description As the Buyer's Agent Sales Manager , you will be responsible for leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of Buyer’s Agent Associates. Your role is crucial in driving business growth, optimising sales processes, and ensuring outstanding client service. You will oversee lead conversion, client acquisition, and customer engagement while ensuring a seamless and results-driven experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in real estate sales, leadership, negotiation, and objection handling, along with a passion for mentoring teams and improving operational efficiencies. Responsibilities Leadership & Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Buyer’s Agent Associates, fostering a high-performance and collaborative culture. Recruit, train, and develop associates to achieve individual and team targets. Implement structured sales training, coaching, and mentoring to enhance client interactions. Establish and track KPIs, ensuring sales teams meet daily targets such as lead qualification, arranging consultations, and processing payments. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and execute strategies to drive sales performance and optimise conversion rates. Guide the team in handling objections, building trust, and closing deals efficiently. Ensure the smooth execution of the sales process, including pipeline management and client onboarding. Work with leadership to refine service offerings and messaging based on market feedback. Client & Stakeholder Management: Foster strong relationships with clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention. Collaborate with key stakeholders, including mortgage brokers, and growth teams to drive awareness and increase customer cross-sell. Align with Buyer’s Agents and mortgage brokers to bridge the gap between customer needs and buyer’s agent services. Training & Development: Provide regular coaching on lead qualification, service alignment, as well as CRM and document signing tools. Share industry insights, updates, and best practices to keep the team ahead of market trends. Develop associates’ sales skills and understanding of property market trends. Operational & Compliance Oversight: Track, analyse, and report on team performance, leveraging data to make informed decisions. Identify and implement process improvements for lead management, contract submission, and customer onboarding tools. Ensure compliance with regulatory and business requirements in all sales processes. Qualifications Required: Proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably in real estate or property buying services. Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Expertise in negotiation and objection handling, with a customer-first approach. Deep knowledge of Australian property markets and buyer representation strategies. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities. High level of attention to detail, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a results-driven environment. Proficiency in using CRM systems and sales tools (Salesforce experience is a plus). Preferred: Experience working cross-functionally with mortgage brokers and legal teams. Background in coaching and mentoring sales teams to drive customer engagement. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and implement strategic improvements.
