CAMHS Service Manager - Multiple Positions - Multiclass Job no: 892062Work type: Full timeLocation: VariousCategories: Allied and Scientific Health, Nursing/Midwifery About the Opportunity We currently have an exciting opportunity to join the CAMHS team as a Service Manager , where you will be responsible for: Leading and promoting partnerships and integration across multiple teams, collaborating with government, non-government, private providers, consumers, and carers. Providing strategic leadership, governance, and expert advice to the CAMHS Executive on state-wide service provision. Partnering with Psychiatrists and Clinical Coordinators to manage and coordinate CAMHS multi-disciplinary teams. Overseeing line management, team procedures, and resource management to ensure safe, effective, and consistent practices. Supporting positive team performance and work cultures to achieve optimal client outcomes. Leading the development and implementation of service-wide policies for best practice in mental health care for children, adolescents, and their families. Working within national mental health policies and standards, aligning with the Vision and Values of WCHN. About You To be successful in this role, you will have: Effective leadership skills including highly developed skills in communication, problem solving, conflict resolution, negotiation, managing through change and ability to foster a workforce environment that develops staff potential. Demonstrated experience in management and leadership roles in a multidisciplinary context. Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure and meet deadlines, whilst working under minimal supervision. Demonstrated ability to participate in and contribute to key decision-making processes at a senior level. Demonstrated ability in leading and promoting consumer engagement initiatives.
